Location description

In the quarry at New Bern, Craven County, the Miocene-Pliocene Yorktown Formation was outrcopping. In this quarry predominantly shark teeth could be found. 

Nowadays, this quarry is no longer accessible.

The quarry was located on the Northern edge of New Bern, and is flooded nowadays.
