Location description:

In the Bidjovagge mine in Kautokeino copper ore was extensively mined in the past. The copper ore is found in igneous rocks from the Precambrian. At the dumps near the mine you can find many minerals.

The Bidjovagge mine is located 35 kilometers northwest of Kautokeino in northern Norway.
