The quarries at Lengenbach are world famous for its rare and well-preserved minerals in a matrix of white dolomite. For 200 years, the wealth of minerals is known. The quarry itself is closed for collectors, but a dump at the entrance can be searched.

There are more than 100 kinds of minerals known from here, of which 19 have only been found here. Finds include Quartz, Pyrite, Lengenbergite, and Sphalerite.
