Near Saginaw is a quarry where limestone from the Cretaceous period is exposed. The Kiamichi and basal Duck Creek formations are exposed (Late Albian).

Ammonites (high abundance, large (a.o. Mortoniceras) and small), brachiopods, sea urchins (i.e. Hemiaster whitei), regular sea urchins, bivalves, gastropods.
