Location description

Around Mulberry there are many quarries where phosphate is being quarried. The phosphate deposits of the Bone Valley Member are from the Miocene and lower Pliocene and are very fossiliferous.

In the Mulberry Phosphate museum you can see a lot of fossils from the area.
