Finds

In the Tropfbruch quarry you can find fossils from the Rhaetian (part of the Triassic period). Mainly corals and sponges. There are also Jurassic (mainly Lias) Cephalopod sediments exposed with stromatolites and ammonite imprints.

In the upper part of the Lienbacherbruch quarry reef limestone with corals and sponges from the Rhaetian (part of the Triassic period) is exposed.
