Exogenous process

Exogenous processes are the processes that shape the land through the atmosphere and the biosphere. This opposed to endogene processes which work from the inside of the earth itself. Examples of exogene processes are weathering, erosion and sedimentation. Biological influences from plants can have a significant impact on the geomorphology of a landscape.
