Comments:
This nautilus comes from the upper part of the Curfs quarry. It's a nautilus from the Tertiary, Danian. This is a very rare find, in contrast to the species E. depressus that is more commonly found in the underlying Cretaceous strata.

A large flint nautiloide the Formation of Maastricht, Top Emael - Base Nekum member. Quarry CBR Romontbos near Eben-Emael. Found by P. Knippenberg and donated to me!

Comments:
A nautilus from the uppermost layer of the Meerssen Limestone, Horizon of Berg en Terblijt. Typical of these finds are that they seem a little whitish.
