After placing an order, the articles will be put aside for you, and are not visible anymore in the Shop. Within several days, you will receive an confirmation of the order by e-mail. When the payment is not received within three weeks, the order can be cancelled.
The articles will be sent at the latest one week after receiving the payment. Shipments are done via the Dutch TPG Post company. The article prices are without shipment costs.
The costs for shipment to you are automatically calculated with the destination and weight at the end of the order procedure. Note: Every fossil or set has an unique number. You can only order one fossil per number.
Shipping of rock scan be expensive due to the weight. When a parcel has tob e used to send the articles, it can be relatively cheaper to order more articles in one order. We only ship to EURO countries within the European Union (EU). It is also possible to pick up the order yourself in Haarlem, The Netherlands.
During the order procedure, you will see an overview of all costs of the articles and shipping. You can use this information to pay for the order. For reference here are my bank details:

The articles will be properly packed and shipped after receiving the payment. The fossils come with a short description with the name, age, and collecting site (unless otherwise stated in the Shop). You can view the status of your order:- Log-in in the Shop with your login username and password
- In the blue bar, click on "My Account"
- Than click on "View the orders I have made", and than on the order you want to view.
